Since the club's chartering in 1940, its members have worked on a variety of projects in the local community, giving their time and energy to enrich the lives of others. The club has approximately seventy-five men and women members. Faithful participation in regularly scheduled meetings, increasing membership, and visitations to other Lions Clubs helps us strive to annually receive the District Governor's Award.

Our fundraising activities are used to support community and Lions International projects. Our social functions include regular dinner meetings with guest speakers, Christmas social, fish fry, crab feast, and visits to other Lions Clubs, always centered on the common theme that unites us in bonds of friendship and good fellowship.
